Biography:
After finishing his master’s degree in Chemical and Process Engineering at the Technical University of Vienna in 2021, Imanuel Wustinger had been working on a multitude of different projects in the EPC field, including R&D projects. In the course of this, his passion for research intensified and led him to return to the Technical University of Vienna in 2024, where he is now pursuing his PhD in corporation with BEST – Bioenergy and Sustainable Technology. His work there focuses on the utilization of CO2 as a valuable resource in Fischer-Tropsch and mixed alcohol synthesis for the production of sustainable aviation fuels.
