Biography:
Sven Van Elst has been active in the Flemish social housing sector since 2011, first as a staff member and from 2017 until 2022 as general secretary. In 2022, after a short period as operational director, he became general manager of ASTER, the energy cooperative of all Flemish social housing companies.
