Title : Environmental sustainability through artificial intelligence and innovation adoption: The role of green entrepreneurial innovation and organizational culture

Abstract:

This study explores the influence of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Innovation Adoption (IA) on Sustainable Environmental Performance (SEP) & Sustainable Organizational Practices (SOP). Highlighting the role of Green Entrepreneurial Innovation (GEI) and the moderating effect of Organizational Culture (OC). Data was collected through structured surveys and analyzed using structural equation modeling. Additionally, machine learning techniques were applied for enhanced data visualization and interpretation of complex relationships among variables. The findings show that AI and IA significantly improve SEP and SOP, with GEI serving as a key mechanism for translating technological advancement into sustainability outcomes. Moreover, OC strengthens the effect of AI on SOP, underscoring the importance of a supportive internal culture in achieving sustainability goals. The integration of machine learning adds a visual, data-driven dimension to the analysis, enhancing clarity and practical relevance. This research supports united nations sustainable development goals (SDGs), particularly Goals 3,6, 9, 12, and 13, and aligns with agenda 2030.
