This Electric Vehicles & E-Mobility session focuses on electrification of transport and the integration of electric mobility into energy systems. Topics include EV powertrain technologies, battery performance and management, charging infrastructure design, ultra-fast charging, and vehicle-to-grid (V2G) concepts. Contributions may address grid impacts, charging optimization, and smart scheduling considering renewable generation. The session welcomes life-cycle assessments of EVs, comparisons with conventional and alternative fuel vehicles, and studies on adoption patterns and policy incentives. Research on public transport electrification, heavy-duty and off-road applications, and multimodal mobility systems is also of interest, particularly where cross-sector coupling is demonstrated.
